Fees are all inclusive, no matter how many treatment modalities are used. This allows me to design treatments that are specific to your needs.

Initial Appointment is required before receiving follow up laser treatments.

Payment
Accepted forms of payment are: cash, check, debit card, credit card and most health savings cards. Packages are available upon request. All prepaid packages and gift certificates are non-refundable. Please be advised that I do not participate with or bill insurance companies. I would be happy to provide you with a receipt that can be submitted to your insurance company or HSA.
