About Michelle A. Jarest, LMT

A native of New Hampshire with over 25 years in practice, I have recently moved to Colorado to be closer to my son and his family. Ever since I was a young child, I have always been drawn to helping others. I feel that one of the greatest gifts that we can offer to others is kindness and being of service to those in need. With a passion for exploring the human potential, I bring my own experiences and the wisdom of my many teachers to the table. Driven by curiosity and a passion for learning, I am always asking new questions, challenging myself to see things in a different way.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time outdoors, reading, meditation, learning new skill sets and singing. My greatest joy is spending time with my son, daughter-in-law and grandson!
